APA—American Psychological Association
Primarily used in the Social Sciences, this style is recognizable by the author’s names and first initials followed by the date.
CMOS (Grid test)
Commonly in History or Humanities courses, the Chicago Manual of Style's Notes-Bibliography system is featured in this tutorial.
CSE (Grid test)
This style is commonly used in the Sciences. This tutorial follows the citation-sequence system.
MLA (Grid test)
This style is typically, but not strictly, used for English and Literature classes, Foreign Languages, Cultural Studies, and Humanities courses.
