List of references

Make sure to begin your list of references on a new page. Centre and bold the title “References” at the top of the page. Include the page number in the top right corner.

The entries are formatted with a hanging indent.

Organize your references in alphabetical order by the author’s last name. Never group your references by type! If there is no author, order the reference by title. If a title starts with an article such as “a” or “the,” ignore the article and alphabetize it by the second word.

Move your mouse over the underlined parts of the following example.
