In-text citation

For an in-text citation from an book or e-book with a single author, enter the author’s last name, the year of publication and the page number (preceded by a single “p” for one page or double “p”s for multiple pages) between parentheses.

If there is no page number, provide the section or chapter title or paragraph number.

When there are two authors, add an ampersand (“&”) after the first author’s last name, followed by the second author’s last name.
